COVID POLICIES: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

THE HOTEL

Gravity Haus Breck is open!

As you prepare to travel to Breckenridge, it is important that we call your attention to the latest Public Health Order for Summit County.

We wanted to note a couple of critical components of the current Public Health Order to help you plan appropriately for your trip.  Our current Public Health Order requires short-term rentals to be rented to a group from no more than one house-hold per unit. Please expect the front desk to validate this upon check-in.

As of November 22nd, at 5pm, indoor dining is not permitted at any establishment in Breckenridge. Cabin Juice will be open for take-out orders and outdoor dining, as will many other restaurants across town, however with no indoor dining available across the county, takeout orders will be in high demand and we want you to plan appropriately.

In light of COVID-19, and in an effort to ensure you have an enjoyable and safe experience while you are here, we have changed some of our standard operating procedures. The safety of our guests is our top priority and therefore we will be making every attempt to limit face-to-face interaction.

CHECK IN

Guests will be contacted up to 48 hours prior to check-in for mandatory safety procedures for employees and guests. Guests will be notified of available PPE and Sanitizing Solution Locations. Guests will be required to call the Front Desk at 970.453.5125 fifteen (15) minutes prior to their estimated arrival at the property for their check-in. A front desk agent will collect details for method of payment for incidentals over the phone and deliver a registration packet with keys to the guest while in the valet circle of the hotel. Valet will be able to assist you with your vehicle and luggage. Check-in time is 4 pm. Please do not arrive at the property prior to 4 pm for check-in unless coordinated in advance with the front desk. Bell carts will be routinely sanitized throughout the day but please always use gloves when using the bell carts and wash your hands immediately afterwards. Please return carts to the elevator lobby.

CHECK OUT

Please contact the front desk 970.453.5125 to notify when you are checking out of the hotel. The front desk will send a digital copy of your receipt via email. There is no need to stop at the front desk. Check out is at 11 am. Due to room resting procedures we will not be able to accommodate late check-out requests at this time.
